About Me

Hello! My name is Jennifer Anderson. I was raised in Alaska for the majority of my adolescent life.   I began my college career at the University Of Alaska, Anchorage before transferring to the University of Wyoming.  I completed my degree in 2009 in Secondary Education, Biology.  I worked as a biology teacher in Wyoming for two years before getting married and moving back to Laramie, Wyoming where I worked as a paraprofessional at the Cathedral Home for Children. In 2012, I accepted a job with the Wyoming Department of Education as a CTE program consultant.   After completing this Masters program, I would like to return to the classroom. While teaching, I also enjoyed coaching volleyball and soccer.  Eventually, I would like to add coaching basketball to my resume.  Being raised in Alaska, I have a passion for the outdoors and all the recreation that comes with it.  I love snowboarding, camping, hiking, and fishing.   I am currently seeking my Masters Degree in Educational Technology with an emphasis in Online Teaching and School Technology Coordination.  I am really excited for this masters program and the vast knowledge and skills I will learn and come away with.
